Used to love, getting worse and worse

This used to be a great app that I used for my calendar and appointments alerts. Every time they update it, it gets worse. My IOS calendar changed a few years ago from exactly what I wanted to be everything I didnt want, so this was a great help. Now the calendar is modeled like my IOS calendar. This last update doesnt even allow me to set or change an alert for my appointments. Thats the whole point. If I wanted it to look and work like IOS I would use that calendar. Then I try to get help in the help section and its like they arent even speaking the same language because I have no idea what they are talking about. Saying stuff like changing items into things. Its ridiculous.
